What it is: You know all those job sites you see strewn on the web? This is a job board fell on her head. Think of it as a "work wanted" board. Instead of employers posting job offers is a place for service providers to post requests for work.
How it works: Designers, developers, writers and others who want jobs can post their request, and the percentage or lump sum they would pay someone to provide a lead.
Why it's hot, more people than ever are turning to the Web as a source of work. Sometimes it is very difficult to find, or much time to browse the offers and make pitches. Would not it be great if people could find work for you? And imagine being paid just to refer someone you know who needs a new website or logo.
When money is: Take a commission when the work is successfully placed, or charge a monthly fee or purchase of applications or view contact details.
