1.Reverse Job Board

The minimum height: "Buy and sell work online."
What it is: You know all those job sites you see strewn on the web? This is a job board fell on her head. Think of it as a "work wanted" board. Instead of employers posting job offers is a place for service providers to post requests for work.

How it works: Designers, developers, writers and others who want jobs can post their request, and the percentage or lump sum they would pay someone to provide a lead.

Why it's hot, more people than ever are turning to the Web as a source of work. Sometimes it is very difficult to find, or much time to browse the offers and make pitches. Would not it be great if people could find work for you? And imagine being paid just to refer someone you know who needs a new website or logo.

When money is: Take a commission when the work is successfully placed, or charge a monthly fee or purchase of applications or view contact details.

2. Community Consulting

The minimum height: "Yahoo Answers for website owners."

What it is: a place where site owners can pay for advice and seek advice from a wide community of experts, dabblers and end users.

How it works: Web site owners use the credits to post a screenshot with a link to their site, and a list of their goals. Community consultants give advice, and credits are paid them accordingly. Credits can be cashed or spent matters.

Why it's hot: The opinions and advice are essential to improve your site. This concept is changing the balance of consultant fees for review of a great person to micro-payments and the group thought. It also puts a value on your own opinions and advice wisely last!

When money is: the website owners buy credits. Maybe it costs 25 credits for them to submit their site for community consultation. You could take 5 credits, and get them to spread the remaining 20 between those who respond.

3. Online Debate

The minimum height: "Wikipedia for arguments."

What it is: the litter all the arguments hideout forum and the Web. They are rarely monitored, and hardly intellectual, insightful, or conclusive. There must be a space to discuss an online site that has been well managed and run.

The closest I saw was Squidoo "Hey Monkey Brain", but I'm sure there's room for more.

How it works: Provide an argument. Choose your side. Build your case. Encouraging responses from others.

Why it's hot: Everyone likes to express their opinion. Your task is to help them do it in a controlled manner, and that you can return!

When money is as follows: There is a possibility that people would pay a small fee to start a debate, but it is much more likely that most of your revenues come from sales of affiliates and carefully matched advertising.

4. Concierge Services Web

The minimum height: "Your butler online."

What is it: You've always wanted to do something online, but could not be bothered to spend ages looking around or by filling out all forms of booking flights and tickets cinema?

How it works: You apply by e-mail, text or voice message to your butler online. It could be anything - perhaps two tickets to Die Hard 8 tonight at my local cinema. "Your butler act conscientiously on your request. There are automated services that allow this out there already, but effectively, providing human-powered would stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Why it's hot: outsourcing and virtual personal assistants are topical at the moment. A web service market leader in concierge could be big business. Think of all the High Fliers, contractors and other persons employed in the market. You can start a service to the super-rich end of the scale and one for other busy people with less money to splash.

When money is as follows: monthly subscription fees or use charges are the way forward here.

5. Auction sites online
The minimum height: "Buy now on steroids."

What it is: online auction sites are great, but few capture the same adrenaline rush and buzz you get from a real auction house. I think there is still room for a live auction site that is well executed announces tender and super-simple.

How it works: Imagine a list of iPhones for sale - you can bid on at the top, and it is only available for a few minutes instead of days. The bids are in direct support of escrow, and when the top item was sold, those below the float up and a new element becomes active and open for bids.

Why it's hot: As a seller, it becomes increasingly difficult to list online, generate buzz, and achieve a quick sale. A single online site online auction could solve all this.

When money is as follows: Play for free at the list and just charge a commission for successful sales. You must think carefully about how you ensure that all bids (and articles!) Are authentic. This could be by requiring users to deposit funds into their account before bidding or otherwise.

6. Negotiation Skills

The minimum height: "The skill swap instead of bills!"

What it is: an online hub for sharing your skills of others. Instead of paying for services, you simply replace your own.

How it works: Need to do something? Post a "help wanted" ad, with a list of your own skills and examples of your work.

Why it's hot: There are thousands of highly qualified engineers, developers, authors, illustrators, musicians and other talented people strewn on the Web. But now, there is no good way to communicate. As long as you provide a means to arbitrate all disputes and to ensure that transactions are fair and covered by a warranty, a commercial site skills could be big business!

When money is: a monthly fee, or a smaller fee per redemption request. Or just charge for the plaintiffs hope to obtain the coordinates.

7. Speedy sales of books, DVDs, games and CD

The minimum height: "Sell anything with a barcode. Fast. "

What it is: Do you have a stock of books, games, CDs or DVDs lying around that you do not use more? It seems a shame, is not it? A site or piece of software that allowed the scanning of bar codes using a webcam to the list of books quickly could save hours and make Megabucks.

How it works: Sign up, scan your books and name your price. Job done! It could work as a website, or it could be a standalone application that linked with something like Amazon Marketplace.

Why it's hot: Thousands of people have used piles of books, games and other items. They are just too lazy to list! This is where you come in.

When money is as follows: Take a small commission on book sales. (Or a package for the software if you go the standalone route.)

8. Read It Later a site

The minimum height "playlist from the Web."

What it is: A community reading list for the web. Feed readers are important, but they are not very sociable, and the adoption by non-tech leaders is quite poor. What the Web needs is something that everyone can use and understand - a reading list on the Internet!
A site that combines reading, archiving and sharing is long overdue and would be much more accessible a concept for technically challenged friends and family.

How it works: never met a great article, but did not have time to read? You can bookmark, but you'll probably forget it quickly. It would be great if you could mark a page "read later" and have stored in a list of online reading?

Then, once a week, you can take an hour of your day and read everything he tag with categories, and check cards the week of the most-read articles.

Why it's hot: Feed readers are hot. community sharing links is warmer. Combine the two concepts for an explosive mix! Yes, there is a Firefox plugin that does this, but we need something with broader scope.

When money is: This is another concept most exploited by advertising. Who says advertising is not a good basis for a business model? It worked quite well for Google and Digg seems to be OK too!

9. An index of the House Live Prices

The minimum height: "What is your home worth now?"

What it is: A website live house prices backed by a powerful data model, where house prices are superimposed on a map. There are already sites that do this to some extent, and the market is crowded. But if you could put the first site to truly live, housing prices in the second that you swimming in cash.

How it works: The data modeling is very complex. It would take a community-based element to correct your prices and to build a reliable estimate based on previous home sales, local trends, market effects and the opinion of your users.

Why it's hot: Every homeowner likes to know what their place is interesting. For real estate investors with large portfolios, the ability to track the value of the second would be incredibly valuable. In addition, real estate agents could benefit from a market index-powered people to help their own sales and estimating.

When money is: The opportunities to monetize this concept are endless. Do private house sales commission, affiliate sales, real estate agent and property investor subscriptions, advertising, community announcements, and more!

10. Real-Time billboards public

The minimum height: "Your ad everywhere. At the present time."

What it is: A network of billboards, news stands and projectors linked to a single website that allows ordinary people just like you to place advertisements in public spaces. Think about the "million pixel" site, but outside.

How it works: You register, upload your ad, choose a location, press to see a live webcam feed of your ad to appear in any public space in the world.

Why it's hot: The cost of billboard advertising is banned in most small businesses and individuals. A public, worldwide network, mini-billboard advertisements for the ordinary people and businesses that updates with a click of a mouse could win Megabucks. Make it work, and I'm sure Google would like to say a word too.

When money is: Just a monthly fee or recurring costs to advertise. You can share your message boards and projectors in small segments, or sell any space or network to an advertiser.

11. Sales site

The minimum height: "The place to buy and sell websites."

What it is: If you have a website created to sell, where are you? There is still no clear market leader in this field. What prevents you to fill this gap?

How it works: List your website for sale at a flat rate or auction rate. Include screenshots, traffic, pagerank and earnings news and shows the role of money in!

Why it's hot: Sales of domain names are big business. But the sale of a website for what it is really worth, or the purchase of a property line in a manner worthy of trust is always a delicate operation.

When money is: Take a successful sales commission in return for providing escrow services and property, or a fee for each listing
